Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Because Benji Miracle Stars are a skincare product that sits on your skin, we cannot accept returns on opened packages for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, email us at hello@benjiforever.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@benjiforever.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different variant, return your unopened item and place a new order.
